February Above and Beyond Customer

In memory of our founder, LaVora Tucker, we’re celebrating our 40th year by recognizing an "Above and Beyond" Customer every month in 2020!  LaVora was a natural foods pioneer who went above and beyond in serving the local community as well as fighting for consumer rights across the country.

Our "Above and Beyond" Customer for February was Missy Lang, who’s also our biggest juice bar fan! 🍹

Missy started juicing when she saw the “Fat, sick, and nearly dead” documentary, and her husband’s blood work showed that he needed some dietary adjustments. She chose to take their health to the next level by juicing every morning, and within 3 weeks her husband’s blood work was back to healthy levels. 

As business owners (La Porte Housing Specialists), Missy and her husband work long hours, but they still start nearly every day with exercise and fresh juice made from our organic produce. Missy says,
