Deli Highlight - Zippy Kale Salad

Lisa is the grocery buyer at our Chesterton store! She has a great love and talent for cooking and often comes to the Michigan City store to prepare the delicious deli dishes we offer. The Zippy Kale salad is one of our most popular options and can always be found in both stores!

Even though you’re waiting on the edge of your seat for the recipe, unfortunately this is a Nature’s Cupboard exclusive. This is one of the many recipes that we serve in our deli. You can find these chilled and ready to be served at both of our stores. Other dishes we serve here are:

  • Gourmet Tuna Salad

  • Chickpea of the Sea (vegan tuna salad)

  • Sweet Potato Hummus
